Note: This is not a true addition. This update is taking existing information from Bliss 3 and 4 beta to Bliss 5. This update also serves to make sure the RSS feed mechanism is working the way I want.

I designed the new logo and favicon. The idea was to replace the Drupal logo, and play with the Drupal control panel, but I kind of like it. I may keep it.
